  • Vision: Become the premier social media educating tool in India

  • Client: Target clients will be the students and teachers living in major metropolitan cities where social networking sites are most used.

  • Strategy: One of the initial tasks is to spread awareness among the target audience. The product description and features should be readily available such that awareness will generate curiosity, which will in turn into usage. Push the product to teachers who in turn will use the product in the class. If there is sufficient awareness among students it will be easier for them to use it.

  • Tactics: Facebook is most used social networking site in India. As seen in the google trends graph Twitter and LinkedIn are used by very few people relatively. The best way to communicate through media to Indian audience is to increase visibility of the product by creating a Facebook group. Use the group to follow Education related groups such as Private Institutions, Coaching centers etc. The more people you follow the more will be awareness of the product among students and teachers. Teachers may be not wearing teacher's hat on social media sites but certainly any views will generate curiosity if the content is right. Follow similar strategy on other networks such as Twitter and LinkedIn. Use Social media aggregators to spread the message.

  • Tracking Progress: As mentioned previously for Indonesia there are many web tools available to track the progress hits, tweets, visits etc. This will be very useful to track the usage of the app and awareness among target audience.
