  • Client: Chinese students who want to use study aids and share there study guides and notes

  • Strategy:  Create market share growth by entering the Chinese social media market (popular site are renren.com, Kaixin001.com & 51.com) through targeted first and second-tier cities utilizing brand ambassadors on local campuses and teachers within targeted schools

  • Tactics: Register trademarks and intellectual property patents before entering China, Perform due diligence on potential partnerships within the Chinese mobile social media market, select a partner to help build relationships and navigate the government and legal structure, restrictions, and regulations within media and social media. Select two or three first-tier and second tier cities for initial launch (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Wuhan), which have developed infrastructures, create authentic content for app users and highlight real teachers and students who are utilizing the app, each city or region should have its own Skyepack partner or “champion” that can monitor and address local issues and build brand awareness (similar to a campus ambassador)
